prof. J. Kotlowski :
Professor of history at Salisbury University in Maryland. He had written around twenty referred journal articles on U.S. politics and public policy as well as the book Nixon’s Civil Rights: Politics, Principle, and Policy (Cambridge, Mass.: Harvard University Press, 2001) and The European Union: From Jean Monet to the Euro (Athens: Ohio University Press, 2000), as an editor. He received his B.A. from Canisius College and M.A. and Ph.D., both in U.S. history, from Indiana University, Bloomington. In 2005-2006, he was Paul V. McNutt Visiting Professor of History at Indiana University and two years later was a Fulbright Professor at De La Salle University in Manila. Indiana University Press will publish his next book, Paul V. McNutt and the Age of F.D.R.
